Additional information on Data Protection

In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, we inform you that your personal data obtained through this registration form will be processed under the responsibility of the CATHOLIC ASSOCIATION OF PROPAGANDISTS (hereinafter, ACdP), in order to process your registration in the Association, manage the services and activities related to it, and to keep you informed of all events and actions that it organises, as well as the news of our entity. We inform you that there are no plans to create profiles.

The ACdP informs you that the aforementioned processing is legitimised by the consent of the interested parties.

Likewise, the ACdP informs you that the personal data contained in this registration form will be kept for the duration of the legal relationship with the Association. Your personal data will be blocked when they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, remaining at the exclusive disposal of Judges and Courts, the Public Prosecutor's Office or the competent Public Administrations, in particular the data protection authorities, for the attention of possible liabilities arising from the processing, during the period of limitation of these. Once the aforementioned period has expired, the ACdP will proceed to delete your data.

By signing this application form, you expressly consent to the communication of your personal data by ACdP to Foundations, Institutions and Centres, dependent or linked to it (*), in order to keep you informed of the activities and projects that they carry out. We inform you that there are no plans for international data transfers.

In accordance with the rights conferred on you by current data protection legislation, you may contact the competent supervisory authority to lodge any complaint you deem appropriate, and you may also exercise your rights of access, rectification, limitation of processing, deletion, portability and opposition to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent to the processing thereof, by sending your request to the General Secretariat, address C/ Isaac Peral, 58 1º planta, 28040, Madrid, or by e-mail to [email protected]
